4．Belts
The main backings are: Paper, Cloth, Polyester

The main abrasive coatings: Aluminium Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Zirconia, Garnet

It consists of emery fillet of which two endings are connected in a special way. Its joints can be butt and butt, or waved with tape interlined and overlapped without tape. Its abrasive can be made of aluminium oxide, zirconia alumina, silicium carbide, ceramic and compact grain. There are also abrasives of which surfaces cools while grinding.
The fastest way to grinding and polish without too much heating the working surface is surely to use belt abrasives. It is widely used in areas such as metal, wood, glass, marble, plastic and other industrial branches. It is appropriate for every kind of grinding operations.
Our abrasive belts have a high stress resistance and streching resistance.
We can produce each kind and dimension of abrasive belts demand: in grit, soft supported, hard supported, medium supported and collapsible.
4．1 Portable Belts W≤100mm, L≤1000mm
4．2 Narrow Belts W≤300mm, L>1000mm
We have a wide range of narrow belts with first-class joint . The joint might be tape or skive & lap according to the customer 's requirement.
All kinds of paper, cloth, polyester and combination belts produced for the woodworking and metal working industries suitable for all types of machines can be supplied in every grades and in different measure.
Narrow belts are made of our flexible-backed aluminum oxide sandcloth. The added flexibility allows for optimum sanding slightly contoured parts, such as chair and table legs, gunstocks, etc.
The backings of the narrow belts are mainly E.A.C. X, Y or J cloth. And we have a full range of Aluminium Oxide, Silicon Carbide, Zirconia Aluminium cloth or polyester in all grits.
